- Change in local food bank use
- Percentage of low income residents
- Percentage of low income children
- Percentage of low income seniors
- Percentage of Old Age Security recipients receiving the maximum government income support
- Elderly dependency rate
- Number/percent of single parent households
- Proportion receiving income assistance and are employable
