Context Statement: Learning is central to our development as individuals and how we live. The learning we do in our early years establishes a life-long foundation. Access to opportunities to acquire knowledge is important throughout our lives. Levels of learning are shaped by our home environment, our educational system, and other institutions such as libraries, child care facilities, workplaces and community centres.
Sub-Issues (in order of priority): Library use; Literacy; Life Long Learning; Culturally Appropriate Education; Access to Education/the Education System; Skills Training; Early Child Development; Education Levels
